This product was introduced to me by a trusted physical therapist and I’ve been so happy with it. I had tried various types of sleep supplements from melatonin to other forms of magnesium (capsules and powders). The melatonin, while effective, left me groggy in the morning, and the other forms of magnesium didn’t agree with my stomach (gas or indigestion). Mulittea’s Magnesium has truly helped my sleep support without the grogginess in the morning and the indigestion. It took a few days for my body to fully adapt to the effects, no more than three days, but soon after I could see the results. It helps so much that for the first time ever I didn’t have to drink sena tea to aid my constipation from nerves while traveling, that was a wonderful surprise. It has a very agreeable taste and the droppers have the dosage marked, which is great should you need to alter the dosage for your needs. Thank you for allowing so many of us the opportunity to utilize a product that’s helpful and effective. Sleep is extremely important and this product has given me back my confidence is some relief to rest.
