I recently ran out and I haven't been able to get the sleep that I achieved while taking these. I love everything in it and my movement is very good. I tried a magnesium substitute and it is just not as good as these. Can't wait to get my new bottle and I'll make sure not to run out. The shipping is going to be a while but they were no longer on Amazon where I purchased the first time. I NEED these ;)

Magnesium 500 5 in 1 complex is absolutely amazing helps with pain sleep and even clear acne but they sent me one of the magnesium 500 and then sent me another magnesium 2000 which I did not order and instead of sending me the product that I ordered they just refunded it and that’s not what I wanted and that’s the reason for the four stars

I’ve been using this product for 5 months now and it has helped tremendously with my leg cramps. That was my sole reason for starting these drops, the magnesium glycinate tablets were not enough on their own.
