Simple to use. There is a slight taste, kinda like a light cucumber (but maybe its me) I enjoy just using the dropper verses pills. Not bad at all. I have noticed more energy not like caffeine but noticed im more centered and have more go.

Well, I just started using it so I can��t give a performance review but taste wise. It��s very palatable.

Love this stuff, and so does my body!!
