My father had been taking a Ca-Mg-Zc capsule for a long time. But now, at 92, he found them very difficult to swallow, even when cut in half. I have tried other brands and by far like the Mulittea brand the best. One other person said it doesn't last long, but it's well-priced and really does help with leg cramps and gives me great sleep. My whole family is using it, and we all agree it tastes good. Pineapple is my favorite flavor, but there are many others to choose from.
