I had tried various types of sleep supplements from melatonin to other forms of magnesium (capsules and powders). The melatonin, while effective, left me groggy in the morning, and the other forms of magnesium didn’t agree with my stomach (gas or indigestion). Easy to Take, Gentle on the Stomach

Ive been struggling with joint stiffness in my hands, especially in the mornings. After taking these elderberry glucosamine gummies for two weeks, the discomfort has noticeably decreased. I can move more freely nowfeels like my joints are getting the support they need.

This is so much better than taking pills. Not sure why the dropper can't go all the way to 1ml but that is not a big deal. I love the lemon flavor and I don't have to worry about "other ingredients " like you have to with capsules!
