Easy to use Magnesium spray

I’ve been supplementing with magnesium regularly, and this is the first time I try a spray format since it seemed more manageable during busy workdays. This sprays handy, it’s quick to use and can be sprayed it directly into the mouth. It’s easy to keep things clean and simple, particularly when I’m on the go. The flavor is ok with a mild fruity sweetness mixed with a hint of floral notes. It doesn’t leave a bitter aftertaste. The liquid is light and almost water-like, and each pump dispenses a small, controlled amount, easy to adjust the dosage as needed. The bottle is with a cap. So far, it hasn’t leaked in my bag. It is easy to use anytime.

Not really a spray but works either way. Taste is exactly like raspberries. I have tried other magnesium sprays and they just leave a nasty after taste but not this one. Higly recommend for your daily magnesium dose.

magnesium in a little squirt bottle. taste great, you do have to keep it in the fridge. but super easy to just squirt in your mouth before bed, (supposed to help with hypertension but thats not something you can really "feel") but i like this product.

My quality of sleep greatly improved with just a few days of using it on a consistent basis. I was able to fall asleep more quickly and have a more restful and deeper sleep. It has made a great difference to wake up feeling refreshed rather than sleepy, which has resulted in my mornings being more productive and filling me with energy. A significant decrease in muscular tension and leg cramps, both of which were major sources of disruption to my sleep, has been experienced by me. After a long day, it helps me relax and unwind, which in turn reduces tension and promotes a state of mind that is one of calm. Having this mental relaxation in addition to the physical comfort helps to create a holistic feeling of well-being, which is something that I am quite grateful for.
