They work great. I feel good after taking them. I need strong ones with K2 because I have arthritis in my right leg. My doctor told me to take strong ones for my bone.

This bone health supplement is really good! It contains vitamins D3 and K2, which help absorb calcium, and I feel my bones are healthier. I don't usually like to take big pills, but this one is no problem at all. It's very convenient to take one a day.

I like the formula and the fact it is in coconut oil BUT the 4 times I tried to take them they would get stuck in my throat. I have never had any issues taking any pills but this one I did. I wish they would elongate them a little to make them more like an average Advil liqui-gel. I can't take these for risk of choking. And no I'm not a drama queen.

I really am quite impressed with these. The only thing that initially gave me any cause for worry was the size of the pills, but honestly, with the soft gel design, this is very, very easy to swallow. Barely feel it when taking! Also appreciate natural ingredients being used with Vitamin D3 and K2 together in such a way that it would offer excellent care of the bones.
