Good choice

This bone health supplement is really good! It contains vitamins D3 and K2, which help absorb calcium, and I feel my bones are healthier. I especially like that it is a plant based formula with natural ingredients, which makes me feel safer. Each soft gel is easy to swallow. I don't usually like to take big pills, but this one is no problem at all. It's very convenient to take one a day.

Good product if you can swallow them.

I like the formula and the fact it is in coconut oil BUT the 4 times I tried to take them they would get stuck in my throat. I have never had any issues taking any pills but this one I did. I wish they would elongate them a little to make them more like an average Advil liqui-gel. I can't take these for risk of choking. And no I'm not a drama queen.

Good for bone and health!

I use this supplement daily to support my bones, teeth and health, especially in the winter when my skin has less time to explore under the sunlight. This supplement is the perfect combination of vitamin D3 and K2 to strengthen my bones. I take 2 capsules a day with food, the bottle has 120 servings, enough for 2 months. This supplement comes in a softgel capsule of the right size so I find it easy to swallow. I don't feel any discomfort or stomach pain when taking it. When I received the package, I saw that the cap was still sealed well, I felt safer. With 5000 IU of vitamin D3 per serving, I think it is good enough for me. I will continue to use it to ensure my bones get enough calcium and improve my health

I really am quite impressed with these. The only thing that initially gave me any cause for worry was the size of the pills, but honestly, with the soft gel design, this is very, very easy to swallow. Barely feel it when taking! Also appreciate natural ingredients being used with Vitamin D3 and K2 together in such a way that it would offer excellent care of the bones.
