Good taste, quick and easy use

I’ve been using this product for 5 months now and it has helped tremendously with my leg cramps. That was my sole reason for starting these drops, the magnesium glycinate tablets were not enough on their own.

I have struggled to get quality sleep for years. Between issues going to sleep, psoriatic arthitiis, and staying asleep, I used to struggle to wake up and fatigue throughout the day, I was exhausted. I can't take PM or Sleep aids as they oversedate me. This year I was looking for Magnesium but in a form I felt that I would tolerate better. After tons of research I found this product and after about 3 months of using this each night, I have had the best sleep in my life, at least over the past 10+ years. I will say that I also found a weighted blanket that helps me as well. Both of these are must haves if you have had problems with sleeping. I have much more energy during the day now as well.
