simply put. It does what it says it supposed to. Since i started taking these ive started feeling so much better and my headaches are minimal.

Both magnesium and the calcium are best types of supplement in the catagories. Great to have both of the best in one gummy. Great flavor and works create for relaxation and muscle recovering. Additional zinc is a great bonus.

I've bought this several times and it's been 5 star, but this last batch was 1 star. Awful plasticky stale taste. Hopefully next time it will be back to normal.
