Magnesium 500 5 in 1 complex is absolutely amazing helps with pain sleep and even clear acne but they sent me one of the magnesium 500 and then sent me another magnesium 2000 which I did not order and instead of sending me the product that I ordered they just refunded it and that’s not what I wanted and that’s the reason for the four stars

Simple to use. There is a slight taste, kinda like a light cucumber (but maybe its me) I enjoy just using the dropper verses pills. Not bad at all. I have noticed more energy not like caffeine but noticed im more centered and have more go.
