These vitamins are good quality but a little expensive. The suggested serving size is 2 capsules, so each bottle is about one month's worth. They are easy to swallow and have relatively no flavor.
?As someone who gets seasonal allergies, I decided to give this supplement a try, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked. I would recommend it to anyone. The dietary supplement is available in capsule form, which makes it simple and hassle-free to consume on a daily basis. The presence of quercetin, zinc, vitamin C, and vitamin D3 all working together to support the immune system in its entirety is referred to as a "comprehensive immune support system." The composition is improved by the inclusion of bromelain and blackberry, both of which contribute to the anti-inflammatory effects of the product. I was able to observe a substantial improvement in the symptoms of my allergies after consuming this supplement for a few weeks. I had fewer episodes of coughing, congestion, and itchiness, all of which made it easier for me to go about my day without feeling unpleasant. In addition, I experienced less exhaustion and a greater sense of vitality, both of which I believe are attributable to the supplement's ability to promote cardiovascular health.
Odd how you pay more attention to health as you age. I am not trying to fight aging, just trying to maintain health. Supplements seem to be attractive to me because I don't think my diet is providing enough nutrition or at least it could always be better. The ingredients listed all seem to be beneficial. I exercise 6 days a week and try to pay attention to my diet. Sometimes that is difficult. As with a lot of supplements I can't see the immediate benefits. I'm afraid if I stopped taking them I might then notice something less beneficial. I have to say that I feel fine, adequate energy and sleep well. I have always been kind of health conscience and have proven to myself that losing weight is 70% diet and 30% exercise. I believe that translates to overall health as well. With that said I will continue to take supplements and have some piece of mind that it is beneficial to my diet. I believe capsules are better than tablets because they digest more easily.
