I have tried many things to ease the wicked night cramps. I dreaded sleep because I knew they would kick in at some point during the night. My feet would feel like they were folding in half. I had shin, ankle, and thigh cramps that would drive me from bed to walk around the house hoping they would pass.

I had taken magnesium before and when it didn't work the MD rx baclophen which provided minimal relief. Then Horizant and although I don't have RLS he said it might help. And it did but after 2 years my insurance stopped paying. I then took gabapentin, and when my MD wanted me to stop the gaba I took Lyrica. And when I had a bad reaction to Lyrica another MD told me to try this.

It's been over 2 months and I am blown away by how much relief this has provided.

I still get a few breakthrough cramps but nothing like before. 5 starts plus!

Easy to Take, Gentle on the Stomach

Ive been struggling with joint stiffness in my hands, especially in the mornings. After taking these elderberry glucosamine gummies for two weeks, the discomfort has noticeably decreased. I can move more freely nowfeels like my joints are getting the support they need.

This is so much better than taking pills. Not sure why the dropper can't go all the way to 1ml but that is not a big deal. I love the lemon flavor and I don't have to worry about "other ingredients " like you have to with capsules!

Both magnesium and the calcium are best types of supplement in the catagories. Great to have both of the best in one gummy. Great flavor and works create for relaxation and muscle recovering. Additional zinc is a great bonus.

These are great...got them for my husband because he has difficulty swallowing pills! These gummies make it so much easier for him to get the calcium & magnesium he needs. Thank you.

I wasnt sure what to expect with elderberry flavor, but these gummies are delicious! Not too sweet, with a fruity, slightly tart taste thats really pleasant. Definitely better than most joint supplements Ive tried before.
