It took a few days for my body to fully adapt to the effects, no more than three days, but soon after I could see the results. It helps so much that for the first time ever I didn’t have to drink sena tea to aid my constipation from nerves while traveling, that was a wonderful surprise. It has a very agreeable taste and the droppers have the dosage marked, which is great should you need to alter the dosage for your needs. Thank you for allowing so many of us the opportunity to utilize a product that’s helpful and effective. Sleep is extremely important and this product has given me back my confidence is some relief to rest.
